• Comments: Well, I recently viewed Beyond the Clouds, and I've been quite enamored with how beautiful it is, so I decided to make ANOTHER vid. It'll be the first time that I've used the same anime in two videos in a row since my horrid Inu-yasha disasters. (I was new, you'll have to excuse me.)
  
  I wanted to go in a little different direction with this one, not quite a love story, more just showcasing the beauty of this anime. The song I found to be quite suitable, I think you'll agree. The name is probably unknown to you, but, for reference, Emiliana Torrini is the woman who sang "Gollum's Song" for Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.
  
  Now, the end. I was a little stumped as to how I was going to pull it off...
  I tried different effects, I dabbled in different syncs...and I settled for this. It's not the greatest effect, in fact, it's just some rectangles that I made in Paint, but I needed something that would fit in there...you'll just have to watch it.
  
  Other than that, the only real digital effects that I used were greyscales, fading and speeding up or slowing down clips. There is a shot that may seem to be a morphing effect, but it's actually just two shots that were very similar, just faded in and out of each other.
  
  So, go ahead! Watch it!

  I continue to get better and better at AMV's because people leave me good, constructive opinions. If you plan on posting, "good vid, pretty anime" or "i dont like it, the song sucks", don't waste your time.
