The third AMV I produced, and also my least favorite. Perhaps it's a combination of the pace of the song and the starkness of the source material. Perhaps it's also that I've never been able to get a completely clean transfer of the VHS source footage...eithe back in '91 when it was first made, or in 1998 when it was remastered.
I think the song fits very well, showing how a soldier can come close to losing his mind in the midst of death and destruction.
When I remastered it, I was finally able to add in a dissolve to a key point of the song, punctuating a point much better than the original quick fades to and from black I had before.
I was able to tighten up the part near the phrase "wounds are all I'm made of", and that at least made me happy.
