Well I made this video as my first attempt at actually getting into an anime convention video contest. Surprisingly, I succeeded on the first try, but sadly, my other entrant for that contest (Backwards) failed to make entry, not because it was not good, but because it used Dragonball Z. I guess no matter how good the video, most people won't watch it if it's Dragonball, which is similar to the issue I have with people watching my videos because they're in real media 8 format. But that's another story. Anyways, the idea was supposed to be that the crew from Macross 7 was relating to their audience through song, the events of the Sentinels arc in Macross. Imagine my chagrin halfway through the conception of the video when I found that the sentinels had never progressed beyond Manga form. So I (rather hastily I must say) slapped macross 2 events in there instead, which cost me a lot of potential cheer from the audience. However, it's a good video, and while it's no standout, there's a little something for everyone, so if you're a macross fan, take a look. Besides, everyone loved Top Gun.. ... didn't they?
