It's a Grupo Hanamaru AMV!
"Miami Guns" is a quirky anime of parodic nature that pokes fun at everything from American cop shoes to various forms of Japanese anime. (And the AMV director gets his own parody shots in as well.)
Deepest Blue is a British/Israeli dance/pop group whose self-titled single (featured in this video) was released by the acclaimed label Ministry of Sound. The track was a hit in the Summer of 2003, reaching Number 7 on the UK Top 10.
Kinrei Freon (aka "The Mad Navigator") and the Grupo Hanamaru AMV Division are back in business.
