Neon Genesis Evangelion and the Holy Grail... Asuka's the Black Knight and Shinji is King Arthur.
Footage was ripped from the NGE DVDs with cladMdec 1.0. It didn't turn out as well as I was hoping, but it's pretty decent.
Only digital effects really are after Shinji gets rammed by Asuka and shakes around, and in the 2nd to last scene- someone's missing from that picture :|
