I remember coming up with this idea while listening to the Skid Row album and being so excited about the video that I couldn't sleep. I was the Duke anime club's librarian at the time, so I had the entire club tape library with me at home over the summer, including Flame of Recca fansubs.
I spent nearly a week doing this video, most of that time spent capturing 30-odd episodes worth of fight footage. I completely ignored the lyrics and just threw together a bunch of fight scenes.
I'm not happy with this video and still think the idea has potential. No source to redo it with, though :(
Somehow it got an honorable mention at AWA 5.
