• Comments: Ever have a great idea that you know would kick ass, if only you had the tools to pull it off? But you normally don't, so the idea sits in the back of your mind for months, maybe years on end? For me, this video was that idea.....well, that, and the whole concept of downloading knowledge directly into your brain, thus making school easier.....I came up with that in third grade, and the Wachowski Brothers beat me to the punch...dammit.
  
  Anyways, I actually had this idea sometime last December, long before I even started making AMVs....but because I had no idea how to make AMVs then, I let it pass....then I started making AMVs in late May.....remembered my idea, tried looking around to see if anyone had Final Fantasy FMVs for download, but to no avail, and I let it pass.....So, 4 months later, I'm finishing my FF: TSW video, and again, I remember great idea.....so, again, I start looking for ways to get the footage...the capture-from-PS2 method was too technical for my blood (besides, my PS2's kinda in a, shall we say, stationary position 20 feet from the computer :p), and the capture-from-VHS method would've made the FMVs look like utter crap. Then, I finally come across a couple of programs that let you rip the FMVs straight from the game disc....after some struggling to get the thing to work, I got all the footage I needed, and it was on...i just let ALL the ideas just flop out on screen.....I managed to finish this one in 2 days (i would've been able to beat my Akira record if I didn't have classes this week)....but, thats all more than you needed to know, right? :-)
  
  Basically, this is a Yuna-centric vid (duh....::points to title::).....that basically has three of the game's most beautiful scenes rolled around what I believe is a PERFECT song combination....the lyrics match in all the right places(especially for those who've played the game extensively and know how wonderful it is to have Yuna come heal you, thus saving your ass in the heat of battle :-) )...the tone, perfect for all the cutscenes involved, especially with The Dance....and best of all, it's as romantic as it can get :-) Ahh, if only I wasn't single.....
  
  Only problems with this one are the first 15 sec being slightly off-sync (my audio stream kept spawning an extra second out of nowhere...it was either 15 seconds of perfection, 4 minutes off sync, or the other way around...guess what I chose :p). and repeating a little bit of footage; once is completely intended, just as a sort of juxtaposition between Tidus kissing Yuna and Seymour kissing Yuna; the other is closer to the end, and even though I mirrored the clip, just as not to make it so obvious....well, what can I say, I ran out of FMV from that scene.....and also, some might complain about the presence of Seymour altogether....(no-good, two-headed, healing after every move, unsent son-of-a....::sigh:: >.
