I've been lazy in entering a lot of my older videos, but since cquinn took the time to proxy it for me, I'll enter it for real now.
This was the first video I made that I truly liked, and it won my first award (3rd place at Neko-con). "Glory of Love" to Kenshin is one of those ideas that is so obvious that everyone has thought of it. I decided to take a crack at it though, and I think it came out okay. I wish I had had some better (unsubbed) footage at the time, as you can see that I had to stretch it some.
This video generally has a pretty good response in front of audiences. I was at first skeptical about putting Sano and Megumi into the mix, but I think it worked out okay.
The editing isn't stellar in this, but I think it gets the point across. I still like the end, where Kaoru and Kenshin meet in the dark, and then it goes to the scene with flowers. Now that the DVDs are out, I might consider redoing this one day.
