• Comments: Ok, I just finished this one for JACON2003. Since JACON hasn't happened yet... apparently it's not in the cons list. Anyway, Ai Yori Aoshi, really isn't my favorite anime, but it's decent. The love story aspect of it is more advanced than Love Hina's but the series as a whole seems to emulate Love Hina quite a bit.
  
  This video concentrates on the faces of Kauru and Aoi quite a bit. I did this to correlate with the song. In the end, I don't know if that was the best route to take. Because faces don't have much action in themselves, I added a lot of transitional effects to work with the music and try and keep the viewers attention.
  
  All in all, I think if I wouldn't have been rushing myself some on the JACON deadline, this would have been a far greater video. But don't think I didn't put enoug time and effort into this. About 15-20 hours work went into this over 2 or 3 days. Yes, I have a lot of free time. The biggest problem I experienced doing this was being able to nuetralize the subtitles as well as I did in "One Galaxy" my last video. I think this is because I used fansubs from different fansubbers and they all used different styles in thier subtitles. I got most of them with a Vdub crop, but a good 10 or so frames got away, because the fansubbers of those episodes used ridiculously large type and would put two lines up at once. In order to crop those, I would have had to take more than 100 pixels off the bottom and leave less than 350 vertical in the actual viewing area, which sucks. So I left those ones in.
  
  Maybe at a later date I will re-edit and re-render this to perfect it some, but for now it is a open shut case that wasn't as fun to do as "One Galaxy" and I don't want to fool with this anymore. Leave feedback!
