  First off: People either tend to really enjoy this video, or hate it. At least, averaging out the answers from my beta testers, this is what I've found o.O
  
  I've been wanting to make this video for a little while now, and I had finished it two weeks before it premiered, but then added stuff and edited out moar crappiness.
  
  'high' was chosen as the title because I'm involved in a musical at my local theater featuring Oliver!, and in the song "Who will buy?" a line goes "I'm so high I swear I could fly." High of course not being the actual smokesmokecancerstick 'high'. I thought of Makoto more flying through time than leaping :/ But that's just my opinion.
  
  Other was chosen as the category because truly, I'm not so sure *what* category this falls under. I can't really explain it, but if you watch the video, you might understand where I'm coming from. :|
  
  The song: I love Lilly Allen's voice (though I have learned now from Katie that she is quite the diva....:(....) and the funny thing is that her music has this way of *sounding* happy and positive, but her lyrics are pretty pessimistic and saracastic. Like a line from her track "Smile": 'At first when I see you cry, it makes me smile. At worst, I'll feel bad for a while, but then I'll just smile.' LDN is no different (if you, once again, pay attention to the lyrics.)
  
  Lastly: The video was meant to be simple editing. I find calm, less flashy effect ridden videos to be more soothing and enjoyable to watch. I did more lyric syncing than any other kind, so if you want to really understand some parts, please pay attention to the lyrics. I didn't want this video to appear effortless at all, I wanted it to appear just...well, like a high. It's not a groundbreaking video, and I haven't released a video in a good while.
  
  For Simon, who I think watches over me still with that Man Upstairs.
