This video is fast. Very fast. Maybe even too fast. For the longest time I wanted to make a music video telling the story of the first Cardcaptor Sakura movie (as well as a video not focusing on Sakura and Syaoran) but I couldn't find a song that told the story lyrically or even came close. Then I started looking elsewhere for instrumental/non-lyrical songs when I came across the Dance Dance Revolution song Healing Vision. I like the original mix, but I like the Angelic Mix much better since it's faster paced. Anyways... somebody else already did an awesome music video using the original ^.~

For those who haven't seen the first CCS movie, this video may not make much sense due to how fast the scenes fly by. A quick summary: ***MOVIE SPOILERS*** Someone uses magic to summon Clow Reed to Hong Kong. The sorceress thought Clow Reed would come since she figured he still had the cards, but Sakura ends up coming and is fore-seeing the future through a series of dreams before, and when she is in Hong Kong. Long story short... The sorceress is looking for Clow Reed because she's still in love with him and Sakura feels the same as her because she also lost someone she loves, her mother. And now the sorceress has closure, she's happy and her Hong Kong heart has been healed (that was cheesy I know, but it's how I got the title). ***END MOVIE SPOILERS***

The video is composed of I'd say 4 distinct sequences. The opening is basically showing how magic summoned her to Hong Kong. The next sequence from 7 - 35 seconds is showing magical presence in Hong Kong. The 3rd sequence is Sakura's dreams. While they take place separately during the movie, I clumped them together in the middle since thats where they flow best. From 1:17 until the end, Sakura has now come face to face with the sorceress rather than just in dreams and the battle starts.

One thing I'm not happy about in this video, is the video quality at full screen on the MPEG. I goofed on the original capturing and didn't realize until after I had completed the video. It's not that terrible to watch on full screen but it's definately noticable. At regular size, the quality is a lot better. The only other real flaw I feel this video may have is speed. The song is very fast and with not really much else to time to in the song, I chose the beat. The only other problem with the song is... The dreaded beeping. Most people hate this song because of the beeping. With no way to edit it out of the song, I just completely avoided timing to it to not make it stand out further.
