Raphael has a certain amount of power but he isn't allowed to use it to help Noelle become an angel. Raphael does enjoy annoying Michael. He is able to make himself invisible to humans eyes, and Noelle can't touch him. Later on in the episodes he sorta gets into a yaoi thing with Michael (So you could say he's gay or bi and yeah..so am I o.o;;) He seems like your typical playboy anime bishounen.
