Look, just because a song is in 11/32, is based on the Locrian mode of E, and throws minor seconds and tritones around everywhere does not automatically constitute greatness http://www.angelfire.com/weird/Rozard/images/nono.txt No, but it's a good place to start :) 11/8 with the guitarsit tapping h...

Hours of work, yea.

No, I didn't know it's linkin park, I'm a bit out of the mainstream :D

I'm just wondering, since to me an album is sometimes one single big unit, and it just doesn't make sense when you start taking it apart and reducing it to a collection of songs...

Well, no, don't demand things. Not in a forum with 60000 members! Or however many there are here... But do tell us where we can find your vid, and I may be compelled to give it a look. I may be the evaluator you're looking for :D (which of course means I'm not much of a critic ) :D oh well, good luc...

Oh come on, I'm not that dislikeable. There's lots of room in my basement to take long walks and occasionally work out. It's more of a dungeon with guitars and speakers, really.

Nothing appeals to everyone. Absolutely nothing. This discussion is making me chuckle. But Sarah is right :) It feels kinda like hell to me... though it doesn't burn too too much... but what is timeless? Is timeless great? Does timeless challenge our conception of music or merely go along with it? ...

Uh... nevermind... All I'm gonna say is that the vast majority of posters here seem confoozed as to what good rock instrumental music is like... I'll shut up and crawl back to my basement now I'll drop you a hint before I go - odd metric signatures, symmetric scales, heavy dissonance.... /me ...

Ah! The topic I have been looking for... I'll avoid the technicalities and ask the most direct question now - (sorry if it's been answered before, I'm new here) - from a seasoned AMV-maker's point of view, what would be the best estimate for man/hours required to produce a minute of AMV video? I don...
